This house touches 10'000sqft over four floors and is unarguably the most spectacular project we have been awarded to date. A new build residence in one of the finest roads in the area. This property backs onto the greenbelt and the planning authorities had been particularly specific about what they would allow and more so what they won’t. Thankfully planning permission was granted earlier this year and we are working feverishly to now get this project started. This property will be very different to the usual style of properties we have become accustomed to build, Eyebrow windows and tall glazed panels through to the rear garden are some of the features the architect had drawn from the original building. This new property will be constructed so it slips into the originals shoes as seamlessly as possible. We made a start spring 2008 and hope to be completed 12 months later.

A classically designed neo Georgian property that sits in a quiet part of Cobham. Close to 4700 sq feet this property makes the most of the existing mature garden with a large family room that spils our onto the patio area to the rear. To the front a double garage with accommodation above sits to the side. This project started in May 2008 and is expected to be finished within 12 months. The property will be up for sale come completion.

Another large individually designed and specified new build property. This home is 7700sqft with an indoor swimming pool & spa complex. Six bedrooms, just as many en-suites and endless reception rooms grace the property over only two stories. Hi levels of home automation have been installed along with air conditioning and environmental control in this property. This property was despite the notorious bad weather was in fact completed within the estimated time.

New build detached residence nearing 5500sqft.  With six bedrooms all with with en-suites a home cinema and five reception rooms this home will prove to be another fine example of our work. This project has been finished to our usual high specification with home automation, heat recovery and ventellation and an exceptional bespoke kitchen. A fully bespoke oak study has been installed along with a fabulous master dressing room. This project was completed 1 month under the projected timeline.

Orchard House, Sutton Lane, Banstead, Surrey
A complete remodel and refurbishment of an existing 6000sqft detached residence in a private road. This property underwent a complete facelift externally and a remodel internally. We've completely changed the entire style and period of the property. Amongst the usual electrical and mechanical replacements we’ve added the latest technology in the form of multi room audio and video switching, central vacuum system and a very contempory kitchen with the latest appliances. The internal decor has a distinct modern feel to it and the client spent a lot of time getting this just right. Its another project we are proud to put our name to.

Weybridge, Surrey
New Build Modern Residence. This property was designed and envisaged by the current land owners. Minimalist looks, contempory design and lots and lots of glass are the prominent features about this property. Close to 4000 sq feet this project was completed one month ahead of schedule and almost exactly on budget. The clients were so pleased with the end result they nominated us for the “Builder OF the Year Award 2007” where the property has been regionally short listed and we are awaiting the results. Even more exciting was their properties final valuation, that massively exceeded all our expectations.

Esher, Surrey
An extensive refurbishment. This detached residence of approximately 4500 sq ft in an exclusive private estate was subject to a complete refurbishment top to bottom along with extensions to the front, rear and sides of the property. Completed on time and on budget, the clients have now moved back into the property and are enjoying the change. This property is unrecognizable from the original building which was constructed back in the 70’s.

Kingswood, Surrey
In 2005 we completed a substancial new build property in one of the finest roads in the Kingswood Estate. Nearing 7000 sq ft "Markstey" sits in about 1 acre. With seven bedrooms and just as many bathrooms this property was finished to the highest of specifications. Multiroom audio and Lutron lighting was installed along with a bespoke maple kitchen and an oak gallery staircase. Our clients were so pleased with the result they nominated us for the Master Builder Of The Year Award. We won the London Region and subsequently the National Award. (See Awards & Acreditations). We're please to say that we are now working on another project with those clients.

Kingswood, Surrey
Completed in the fall of 2006 a 6400sqft residence in one of the most desirable locations in the Kingswood estate. With six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a detached au-pair suite with bathroom and kitchen, five reception rooms and a very highly appointed modern kitchen. This property was finished to the highest of specifications. Crestron multiroom audio and video distribution, Lutron lighting throughout the property, CCTV, underfloor heating and a central vacuum system were some of the many features of this home. The property was successfully sold off plan some six months before we completed the build. This enabled the new owner to put their own personal touches to the house as well as stack it full of yet more gadgets.

Our flagship property. This home in a small private estate close to the town centre was designed and built to the highest of specifications and features. With just over 5800 sq ft over four floors this house is deceptivly spacious. In the basement there is a heated swimming pool and jaccuzzi, a gymnasium and a home cinema with a screen and projector. Lutron lighting is installed throughout the property along with a multi room audio and video switching system. The six bathrooms are finished with the finest quality sanitaryware and furniture. The loft space has been fully utilised as a study with views accross London. This space was designed with flexability in mind. It could also be used as a self contained Au Pair Suite with its own kitchen and bathroom or equally a master bedroom with his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms. With a large timber orangery to the rear of the property this transmits light into the basement pool area via a glass floor.
